1. Eligibility: Loyalty cards are available to all customers.

2. Registration: Loyalty cards must be registered in-store by a member of staff, with full name, email address and phone number in order to earn and redeem points.

3. Earning points: Points are awarded on eligible purchases made at any Honey + Harvey location. Customers must present their loyalty card at the time of purchase. Retrospective points may be added at management discretion.

4. Redeeming Points:

• One redemption per visit.
• Points can be redeemed at any Honey + Harvey location.
• Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
• Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred between customers.
• Bottomless Brunch is not available for Loyalty Redemption

Current Rewards

35 Points – Free Coffee
Includes any coffee, iced coffee, tea or matcha. Drinks may be large. Excludes speciality drinks, weekly specials, juices and milkshakes.

150 Points – One Counter Item
Valid for one savoury or sweet counter item up to £10. Items cannot be combined to reach the value.

250 Points – Brunch for 2
Includes two main menu dishes and two standard coffees (same drink exclusions as “Free Coffee” apply). Not applicable to premium items such as Steak & Eggs or seasonal specials. Any extras must be paid separately.

300 Points – Bottomless Brunch for 2
Includes two main menu dishes and bottomless Prosecco for 2 for 90 minutes. Not applicable to premium items such as Steak & Eggs or seasonal specials. Any extras must be paid separately.

1. Purchase & Use: Gift cards are available to purchase in-store or online for collection or delivery. They may be redeemed at any Honey + Harvey location or over the phone and can be used against all food, drink, alcohol and retail purchases. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. 

2. Validity: Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the purchase receipt.
