The days are getting longer, the sun peaking out a little more often, and our spring menu has officially landed across H+H. We’ve brought back a crowd favourite, some new exciting dishes and given a fresh twist to some classics.

Crispy Chicken Parmigiana
Golden crispy chicken breast topped with fresh tomato and basil sauce, spicy nduja, and shaved parmesan. Served with a rocket and pine nut salad, it’s the perfect balance of bold and fresh.

Croque Monsieur (It’s Back!)
You asked, and we listened. Our much-loved Croque Monsieur is making a comeback! Think of it as a fancy ham and cheese toastie with a layer of creamy bechamel and a generous helping of tomato chutney.

Chorizo, Mozzarella & Basil Toastie
A Mediterranean twist on the classic cheese toastie. With melty mozzarella, spicy chorizo, and fragrant basil with a touch of garlic mayo, it’s warming, flavourful and just what you want for lunch.

Chicken and Caesar wrap
All the best bits of a Caesar salad, wrapped up ready to go. With roasted chicken, baby gem lettuce, garlic mayo, anchovies, croutons and parmesan, it’s flavour-packed and perfectly portable.

Vegan Grilled Cheese
A plant-based take on a comforting classic. Filled with vegan smoked applewood and cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, pickled red onions and rocket, it’s mouthwateringly good!

Blood Orange Granola Bowl
Our classic granola bowl gets a fresh spring update. Featuring blood orange yoghurt, juicy orange segments, our house granola and baby mint. It’s light, zesty, and perfect for a sunny morning.

Blueberry & Lemon Pancakes
Two buttermilk pancakes topped with homemade lemon curd, blueberry compote, chantelly cream and toasted almonds. It’s sweet, citrusy, and refreshing, everything you want from a spring brunch.

Are you a pancake fan or a waffle lover? Your brunch destination might depend on that!
Head to Melton for a stack of tiramisu pancakes topped with coffee & amaretto mascarpone cream, crushed amaretti biscuits and cocoa powder. Or visit Woodbridge for the same dreamy toppings but on a yummy waffle.

Drinks to Try This Spring
If you’ve stopped by recently, you may have already seen (or tasted!) our latest seasonal drinks.
The flavour of this season is pistachio! We’re serving up pistachio lattes and milkshakes topped with whipped cream and a marshmallow, they’ve already become customer favourite.
Our matcha latte has had a refresh, and you can now try our iced strawberry matcha latte–perfect for sipping in the sun or out on the new patio at Melton (have you checked it out yet?)
